Elmira "Sap Fest" 2026

Twenty-three volunteers from the Kitchener Knights joined forces with the Elmira Council to serve up a delicious menu of maple burgers, maple sausage, and maple chips to the crowds at the annual Elmira Maple Syrup Festival—fondly known by locals as “Sap Fest.”

Attendance this year was estimated at close to 80,000, with great weather prevailing throughout the day, featuring plenty of sunshine and true spring conditions. Profits from the food sales help support those in need across our communities, as well as council events throughout the year.
