JM Drama Presents HARVEY A live theatrical show performs for the first time since pre-Covid. With close ties to the Kitchener Knights, some members/spouses of 1504 are involved in the show. JM Drama (formerly St Jerome’s St Mary’s Drama Alumni) has been running rehearsals in the JNM Columbus Centre for the past few months. 2025 Summer Family BBQ
What a Day! Hot weather, Sunshine, and cooling breeze. Dozens attended the annual Kitchener Knights' Family Picnic & BBQ on the grounds of Columbus House, Saturday July 12. Children and Grandchildren of our members enjoyed water sprinklers, face painting and caricature creations while the adults relaxed in the shade. The Most Eminent and Most Reverend Lord Robert Francis Prevost
Robert Francis Prevost, 69, will be the 267th occupant of the throne of St Peter and he will be known as Leo XIV and is the first American to fill the role of pope Born in Chicago in 1955 to parents of Spanish and Franco-Italian descent, Prevost served as an altar boy and was ordained in 1982. Pope Francis Easter Message
The following comes from the Vatican website and contains, technically, Pope Francis' last public words (although they were read for him, he did write them). Every year on Easter Sunday the Pope delivers an "Urbi et Orbi" message - "Urbi et Orbi" means "to the City (of Rome) and to the World."
