The Kitchener Knights of Columbus Centre has a new look. Over the past several months, a team of dedicated workers tirelessly attacked several projects at 797 Guelph Street, in order to update our facilities. Arriving at the Centre, you will see outside renovations were completed to make it more easily accessible and enhance the landscaping.
Entering K of C house, you will encounter an open concept that has improved and upgraded the interior to a more modern experience. New windows and an expanded entrance to the rear deck have been installed. Exiting the main room, you will stand on a much larger reconstructed deck, complete with a permanent roof and full decorative illumination for evening activities. Adding to the enjoyment of outdoor activities at Columbus Centre is a new Bar-B-Que cooking area. Completing the upgrades is the installation of a new roof, and the application of new eavestroughs and soffits.
The team efforts of the skilled trades specialists have improved the facilities, enhanced the appearance and extended the durability of what is considered to be a hallmark of what K of C initiative can accomplish.
