It was “Ein Prosit” as the beer flowed at this year’s Oktoberfest at the Kitchener Knights of Columbus as 44 members and friends celebrated Funcken Fest on Saturday October 21. The full German fare included Schnitzel, Sausage on a bun, Hot German Potato Salad and all the fixings. Topped off with hot homemade German Apple Crisp with Ice cream, thanks to the chef Karen O'Brien. Added to the festivities were the decorations provided by the Corporation's Brother Knights. Wunderbar!
